Courtney Heath

I am in my first year of graduate school pursuing a PhD in Environmental Chemistry. While obtaining my Bachelors in Biochemistry, I worked with Dr. Susan Richardson at University of South Carolina performing Total Organic Fluoride, (TOF) for the analysis of total poly- and per-fluoroalkyl substances, (PFAS). My PhD research focus will be on the development of Target and Non-Target Analysis methods for the determination of PFAS in soil/sediment from South Florida using LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS (High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer).
