Anthony Devesa

Anthony C. Devesa, a Ph.D. fellow with the Solid Lab and a member of the MoRA Lab at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences, Florida International University. Anthony holds an A.A. in Computer Information Science from Miami Dade College, a B.A. in Computer Science, and an M.S. in Data Science with a focus on AI from FIU, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science. Anthony's research focus lies at the intersection of hardware experimentation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, where he harnesses his passion for robotics to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions. Prior to his college career, he served as a Master at Arms Petty Officer 3rd Class in the US Navy. He is also an honors member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, Tau Sigma, and The National Society of Leadership and Success. Anthony brings a diverse range of experiences and expertise to his research endeavors. His interests encompass 3D printers, designing and building robots, and manufacturing.
