My dissertation research investigates the ability of two regenerative agriculture (mycorrhizae and green manure) techniques in ameliorating salt stress in tomato cultivars. The project’s purpose is to test the efficacy of these relatively affordable and sustainable methods against one of the leading environmental challenges facing Florida: salt stress due to sea level rise.
